At the moment, I only offer the faceless keepsake bears. Please note: the keepsakes are faceless, i.e. they do not have any facial features eg. Eyes, nose mouth.

Rest assured! If you have not sent enough items for the keepsake, we will contact you to arrange another delivery to us, alternatively, we can add our pieces at no extra cost.

Yes, you would need to pay for the postage for the items to be sent in order to make your keepsake.

Please note, the keepsakes are NOT a toy. Generally, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and storing in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight in a dust free location.

As all of our keepsakes are handmade and personalised using your own clothing or fabrics, they are made especially for you and cannot be resold. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind once work has begun. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there are any issues.

Any unused clothing or fabric will be carefully returned with your completed keepsake. If a large number of items or particularly bulky clothing has been sent, an additional postage charge may apply to cover the cost of returning the remaining items.

Please ensure all clothing is clean and completely dry before sending it. Place the items into a sealed zip-lock bag before packaging them for postage. For hygiene reasons, I am unable to wash or clean any items received, so they must be ready to use when they arrive.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive full instructions on how to package and send your clothing items safely. We recommend placing your clean, dry items in a sealed zip-lock bag before packaging them securely for postage.

For your peace of mind, we strongly advise using a tracked postal service. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit, so choosing a tracked and secure delivery option is highly recommended.

At the moment, I only create faceless keepsake bears. This allows me to focus on crafting each bear to the highest standard while preserving the unique character and sentimental value of your clothing. If I introduce additional keepsake designs in the future, they will be announced on my website and social media pages.

We take great care when packaging every keepsake and personalised item to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will review the issue promptly and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
