Choose the keepsake item and complete your order through the website.

Step 2 – Send Your Clothing
Post or deliver your cherished clothing to us. Whether it’s baby clothes, school uniform, a loved one’s clothing, or another sentimental item, every piece is handled with the utmost care and respect.

Step 3 – Handmade With Care
Your keepsake is individually designed, cut, and sewn to preserve as many special details as possible, including patterns, embroidery, pockets, buttons, and other unique features where suitable. Every keepsake is completely unique.

Step 4 – Quality Checked
Before your keepsake is packaged, it undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure it meets our high standards.

Step 5 – Returned to You
Your finished keepsake is carefully packaged and posted back to you, ready to be treasured for years to come.

Important Information

  • Turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks from the date your clothing is received.
  • Please ensure all clothing is clean before sending.
  • While every effort is made to include special features from your garments, this depends on the size, design, and condition of the clothing.
  • Due to the handmade nature of each keepsake, no two creations will ever be identical.
  • Keepsake bears are decorative memory keepsakes and are not intended to be used as toys.
  • As I specialise in faceless keepsake bears, each bear is lovingly handcrafted without facial features, creating a timeless and meaningful keepsake.
